Estradiol Patch

  • Plant-based, FDA-approved bio-identical hormone .
  • Twice weekly application.
  • For women who smoke, have diabetes, are overweight and/or have high blood pressure, liver issues.
  • Great for women who may be taking lots of other oral medications and don't want another pill.
  • Whole body systemic treatment. If also having urinary symptoms we suggest adding vaginal cream.
  • Apply one patch to abdomen/hip area and change once per week.
  • 4 patches per box. You'll get 3 boxes to last 3 months.
  • Contains estradiol, a natural form of estrogen.
  • Side effects can include headaches, breast tenderness, bloating bleeding, or spotting. May cause bleeding in women with history of fibroids, polyps, endometriosis.
  • May cause break through bleeding even if you have not had a period in years. This is common during the first 3-6 months of HRT so long as it is not prolonged, is not heavy.
  • This product is not for women who have or a history of; breast or endometrial cancer, a BRCA1/2 gene mutation, unexplained vaginal bleeding, coronary heart disease, blood clots, or stroke.

Estradiol Oral Pills

  • Plant based bio-identical hormone.
  • Fast acting systemic treatment.
  • For those considered to be in good general health. Non smokers, no history of blood clots, stroke, heart or liver disease, unusual vaginal bleeding, cancer or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Why pills over patches or gels? Pills are easy, they don't involve gels or patches which can fall off. It may be easier to remember taking a daily pill as opposed to a weekly patch.
  • Take one pill by mouth in the morning daily.

Progesterone Oral Pills

  • For women still having periods even if irregular.
  • Helpful for perimenopausal symptoms including insomnia, low sex drive, painful breasts, PMS, heavy bleeding during periods or very light, depression, mood swings, anxiety, irritability, acne.
  • Combine with vaginal cream if also experienceing bladder/vaginal issues.
  • Take one pill by mouth before bed daily.
  • Contains estradiol, a natural form of estrogen.
  • Not for use in women with a history of blood clots, stroke, or a history of breast, ovarian or uterine cancer, pregnancy, liver disease, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, uncontrolled hypertension, history of heart attack.
